Static is a tattoo artist and co-owner of Black Collar Tattoo who was born and raised in Ogden and never lost her connection to the place or the people in it. Tattooing is how she shows up — with patience, consistency, and a deep respect for the trust clients place in her. She believes the best work comes from listening first, moving with intention, and creating tattoos that feel just as meaningful years later as they do the day they’re finished.
